Shipping and Returns:

For all mail orders please allow 2-10 working days delivery.

If the order is received before 1pm (Mon-Fri), it will leave the same day, otherwise, it will be despatched the next working day.

For West Australian and rural customers, we advise that you choose the EXPRESS POST method as General post takes 7 to 10 days for delivery to these areas by Regular Post.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. This mainly applies to customers who live or work in a high rise or apartment block. We can't accept responsibility for goods not delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address information. If your address is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us after 21 days. New delivery charges will apply if delivery is to be made again.

For Australian deliveries, we use Australia Post satchels. At times, if your mail box is not big enough for a large parcel, you may be left a notification card by your local Post office that there is a parcel to pick up. This method also applies to any “free shipping” that qualifies as per any of our offers.

Please note that the Australia Post tracking system works only when the parcel has arrived at the destination Post Office.

EXPRESS POST: We can express post your order to you if you require a speedy delivery. Please choose "Express Post" as your preferred method of delivery in step 2 of the shopping cart. Please allow 1-4 days for express post delivery depending on the final destination. For West Australian and rural customers, we advise that you choose the EXPRESS POST method as general post takes 7 to 10 days for delivery. Please note that the tracking system works only when the parcel has arrived at the destination Post Office.

Please ensure your daytime contact phone number is correct. This will allow the couriers to contact you if they have any difficulty delivering your package.

For customers who wish to pick their order up from our office, you must telephone your order through in advance. Due to work health and safety regulations, we can't allow customers to walk around our warehouse.

 

International Orders

For overseas customers, we use International Registered Post.

International Customs Duty and Taxes

In some countries, Local Customs Duty Excise and/or Goods and Service Taxes (GST or VAT) may be applicable to your delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your relevant Countries laws regarding payable Taxes.

 

Exchanges/Returns:

Sundrenched Australia takes pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. We gladly exchange or provide a credit or refund within 14 days of you receiving your order.

When returning the item due to incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage. Sundrenched Australia will only exchange the item if there is a self addressed "pre paid" envelope included.

We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. International customers, please mark your return items 'return items only, NCV'. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

Please include a copy of the original invoice and the completed "Refund/Exchange" form (included with your order) OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or any refund details you require. If you are requesting a refund via a method other than how you paid(eg: Paypal), please indicate this to us.

Due to health regulations, all goods must be returned unworn and clean with the tags attached to the garment. Please note that there are no exceptions to this health regulation rule.

RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.

 

REFUNDS.

Please include a copy of the original invoice, the completed "Refund/Exchange" form (included with your order)  OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the refunds you require.

We will refund you the original purchase price of the goods returned(but not including original postage costs).
