How to Order
Ordering with Sundrenched Australia is easy. Just browse our extensive range of quality goods, then add to cart. Follow the step-by-step checkout process including your delivery address and contact details, along with payment options and credit card details. After sending your order, you will be emailed an invoice and shown clear payment instructions.
Payment
All of our online credit and debit card transactions are processed using PayPal. Paypal accepts most credit and debit cards. All online payments are processed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption via the secure PayPal payment gateway. This means that your credit card information is encrypted with 128 bit data encryption before it is sent across the Internet. This information is not kept or passed on to us. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, simply contact us. You will receive a full refund, provided the order has not been despatched.
Out of Stock Items
We endeavour to have your item in stock, however sometimes that item will run out. We will inform you immediately if your choice is unavailable and an estimated time frame of delivery delay, and in the case of items that have already been paid for in full, we will offer you a refund of your money using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the products.
Domestic Postage and Packaging
We use Australia Post or Express Post by Australia Post for all of our deliveries as chosen by yourself. If you prefer to use an alternate source of delivery, please inform us and we will endeavour to please your wish.
International Postage
For overseas customers, we use International Registered Post.
International Customs Duty and Taxes
In some countries, Local Customs Duties and/or Goods and Service Taxes(GST or VAT) may be applicable to your delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your relevant Countries laws regarding payable Taxes.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible when the order has been confirmed as paid in full. Please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery from order depending on your location and the postal method chosen by yourself.
If the order is recieved before 1pm (Mon-Fri), it will leave the same day, otherwise, it will be despatched the next working day.
If there are any delays on your product, for example out of stock items that we have under production, then we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of this delay.
Returns Policy
The Sundrenched Australia philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to Sundrenched Australia. Please note that the original cost of postage will not be refunded. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an order being incorrect or faulty we will immediately exchange the item for you without any extra postal charges.
