- We use Australia Post for all Australian Postage and International Express Post for all International orders.
- Regular Post take between 1 to 10 business days depending on location.
- In-store collection available within 1 business day. You will be notified when your order is ready for our instore collection
- Express Post delivery options also available. Please select Express Post if you require Express Post shipping. (especially for rural and country Customers)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Sundrenched Australia philosophy is 'customer satisfaction'. If you are unhappy with the goods ordered or there is something wrong with an item, you have 7 days from delivery to notify us of the issue and we will let you know how we can deal with it.
Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed Returns sheet that's included with your order with your instructions. If you have lost the Returns form, please write a note with your order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone and make a note of the exchanges you require.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you keep a copy of the tracking number of any package you send to us for easy tracking and proof of delivery back to us. We can't be responsible for any lost packages if you do not keep the tracking number.
For faulty items, we must authorise the return and inform you how to return it. We will endeavour to meet your satisfaction whether it be a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

All returned items must be unused and still have the swing tags intact.
No returns accepted after 60 days from purchase.
Due to health regulations, all goods must be returned unworn and clean with the tags attached to the garment. Please note that there are no exceptions to this health regulation rule.
RETURNED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.
